The second event is a half-day program at the Carson Adult Day Health Care Center featuring climate change awareness, emergency preparedness, building resiliency, social interaction, and light physical activity. The aim is to promote peace, reduce anxiety and stress, encourage self-help, foster an atmosphere of positive energy and community bonding while elevating mental health literacy, dispelling myths, reducing stigmas, encouraging healthier lifestyle choices, effective self-advocacy, fostering better relationships, and increasing mental health awareness.
