A day long, interactive mental health resource fair for K-12 students, faculty, and staff in the 90008/90016 neighborhoods. Attendees can participate in hands-on workshops for stress management, learn coping techniques for grief and trauma, and experience alternatives to traditional therapy that can be explored independently.
