This is primarily a resource fair to support students outside of school hours, while also addressing the mental health needs of families navigating the unique challenges of parenting a child with a disability. This will include specific workshops and discussions helping siblings of children with disabilities cope with feelings of isolation and stress. The goal is to create a holistic support system that fosters resilience and connection, empowering both students and their families to thrive. All participants will receive free food/drinks, interactive workshops, and a Stress Kit for at home use.
