Our East LA Wellness: Move & Groove event’s goal is to bring the community with and without intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the East LA community together to learn about local mental health and wellness services, engage with one another in inclusive exercise, dance, and physical activities, and provide demonstrations and resources that promote a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. Join us for great performances, demonstrations, food, and tons of family fun!
