Older Adults Mental Health Experience is a day to celebrate older adults. The event will feature performances, Zumba, arts and crafts, engaging activities, and onsite mental health resources.  Each older adult will enjoy a catered lunch, and we will offer free transportation to pick up older adults from senior centers in our designated service area to the venue.  The event will be opened to all older adults whether they ride the shuttle, get transported by someone, or transport themselves. This event was chosen to create an unforgettable experience for a forgotten and isolated demographic and improve the mental wellbeing of older adults.
