You Belong is a simultaneous mental health/social services resource fair and kid-appropriate interactive wellness event. Adults will receive information and take part in language-specific topics around stress, grief/loss, parenting, and secondary trauma. Kids will participate in play-therapy workshops in art, music, dance, and yoga to help them express emotions, process social issues, and learn the effects of bullying. All participants will receive free refreshments, wellness artifacts, and information on free/reduced mental health service providers. Translations will be provided in English, Spanish, Russian, and American Sign Language.
