Together we’ll dig in with garden-based wellness activities, including: A 30-minute kid-friendly yoga class followed by a five-minute breathwork session at 9:30 am  A 30-minute hands-on workshop about at-home composting at 11:00 amA range of physical gardening activities, such as weeding, harvesting, and mulching beginning at 9:00 am. No gardening experience necessary -- just a willingness to get your hands dirty. We provide all the necessary tools and training. After a fun morning in the garden, we’ll share a light lunch at 11:30 am. Attendees will also access a range of bilingual (English/Spanish) take-home resources.

All performances are created by LA artists, especially uplifting women and artists from the LGBTQIA+ community.
